AOPF is a non-profit organization committed to strengthening the community and the infrastructure of the Internet and telecommunications in Angola. Founded by engineers for engineers, its mission is to foster discussions on the implementation of new networks and technologies, encourage the adoption of global best practices, and promote cooperation, training, and active community participation. Thus, the AOPF drives knowledge, connections, collaboration, and innovation.

Through conferences and workshops, we promote local capacity building and active collaboration.

An example of this is the AOPF & AONOG events, which have been held once a year in Angola since 2019. At these events, we aim to share knowledge, industry updates, promote a healthy ecosystem, as well as networking among professionals in the sector.
